Product Images and Descriptions
While we make every effort to display and describe the products as accurately as possible, this is subject to many factors outside our control. Factors such as the following:
- How monitors, tablets and mobiles display colour and changes according to individual settings of these devices.
- Perspective of the observer and how each person depicts colour differs greatly.
- Lighting within the space you are viewing the products and how it impacts the device you are using to view the products.
We will not refund or exchange products based on an interpretation of colour as this means the product has been opened and/or used. Please do reach out to us if you are unsure of a particular colour before your purchase, and we will do our utmost to assist where we can.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If the products delivered are damaged or faulty in any way, please let us know within 14 days of purchase via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will investigate and advise accordingly.
General Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns within a 30-day period provided the products are unused, unaltered and in the original packaging.
When we receive the item/s back, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for a refund/exchange. We will then process a refund/exchange as quickly as possible and you will receive an email confirming this. We may ask for some supporting evidence such as a full description of the issue and photos.
You should return your item/s to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar recorded/ tracked service. This way the delivery is insured and traceable. You should also keep hold of your receipt for proof of postage.
Please note that customers are responsible for returns postage costs.

With your order you will receive an invoice, please include this with your return as this will enable a quick and easy refund/exchange transaction. Please add a note to this with your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
